VScore — Account & Data Deletion

To delete your VScore account and all associated data (learning backups, rewards-program records, activity history):

1. Send an e-mail to support@vscore.app from the e-mail address linked to your account, with the subject «Delete my account».
2. If your account has no linked e-mail, include your member ID (shown on the Account page) in the request.

Your account and server-side data will be deleted within 30 days. Bonus accrual records required for financial accounting may be retained in anonymized form where required by law.
