VScore — Terms of Use
VScore is a learning application for languages and other knowledge
worth remembering. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Tariff and payments
- The monthly tariff is earned by learning discipline (the number of
fully studied days in a 30-day period) and is purchased exclusively
through the app store (Google Play / App Store) as an in-app
purchase for a 30-day period.
- An annual auto-renewing subscription tier may also be offered;
it is purchased and managed exclusively through the app store,
and cancellation follows the store's subscription rules.
- Displayed prices are provided by the store in your local currency;
the price in the store's payment dialog is final.
- Refunds are handled according to the store's refund policy.
Rewards program
- The rewards program is a discretionary bonus mechanic of the
service: users do not recruit anyone, perform no promotional
activity and owe the service nothing. New users are assigned to
reward structures automatically by the service based on the
activity rating.
- Participation requires a linked account with a unique nickname.
Participants must be at least 18 years old to receive payouts.
- Bonuses accrue only from real tariff purchases made by users in
your automatically assigned structure (up to 5 levels), never for
the mere fact of participation. Bonuses are granted at the
service's discretion under its internal rules, which may change;
they are not wages, fees for services or investment income.
- The internal balance reflects accrued bonuses; it cannot be
spent inside the app. Payouts are made to external payment details
on request (minimum payout 10 €), within up to 30 days,
subject to verification.
- Bonuses from refunded purchases are reversed. We may decline
payouts and suspend accounts in case of fraud or abuse.
- No income is guaranteed. Recipients are responsible for their own
taxes.
Your texts and sharing
- Texts you add to the app (typed, photographed, imported from files)
are your content. You confirm that you have the right to use them
for personal learning and, if you share them, to share them.
- Sharing is private and user-to-user: a text is shared only when its
owner creates a sharing code and gives it to another person. VScore
does not publish, list, index, recommend or search shared texts.
- The person who shares a text is solely responsible for it. VScore
acts as a storage and transfer service for the users' own content.
- If you believe a shared text infringes your rights, write to the
contact below with the sharing code. We will disable the code and
remove the text upon a substantiated notice.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the
app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
